2027 Trade Show Index with 1,300+ Verified Exhibitor Lists

The 2027 Trade Show Index: Verified Exhibitor Data From 1,300+ Events
Two of your data providers tell you how many exhibitors were at the same trade show last year. More likely than not, they will give you different counts. One included in their count each company whose logo was displayed on banners, while the other excluded those logos. Neither told you what to do.
The 2027 Trade Show Index solves this problem. The index has exhibitor data from over 1,300 events (across 100+ countries) along with more than 500,000 confirmed contact details from all exhibitors in total. All contact information is guaranteed to be delivered at least 98%, and the number of attendees is checked before being made available on the site. What you are seeing represents all the actual booths that attended, not just sponsors who purchased a banner advertisement.
Pull a record for CES, PACK EXPO, Natural Products Expo West or the ISE, and it will hold up when you check it against the show itself.
What’s Inside Each Event Listing?
Every event in the Index includes:
▸ Exhibitor count, checked against the organiser’s own list
▸ Venue and dates
▸ Industry tags, drawn from 29 tracked categories
▸ Company details for every exhibitor: employee count, HQ address, and booth number, which the organiser publishes
▸ Decision-maker contacts for each company, including name, title, email, and LinkedIn profile. CES 2027 alone carries 937 C-level contacts across its 1,874 exhibiting companies
▸ Prior-year exhibitor counts for repeat events, so you can see whether a company’s presence at a show is growing or shrinking year over year
Shows move cities, shift seasons, or switch halls, and that throws off anyone budgeting travel around them.
How Do We Verify Every Exhibitor Count?
We take the number directly from the organiser’s own list first. Then we check that same number against our existing company records to find and eliminate duplicate entries as well as dead entries. A research specialist familiar with that industry reviews that number finally, prior to going live.
That final review is why an index count can be lower than the press release for an actual show. A confirmed booth will be counted immediately. A sponsor logo will receive another review prior to receiving its spot in the total.
Every dataset we sell or license follows our data compliance standards, covering how contact records get sourced, refreshed, and removed on request. That process runs under ISO 27001 certification.

Which Industries Run the Most Trade Shows?
Live counts on the Index right now:
▸ IT and Technology, 142 events
▸ Medical and Pharma, 108 events
▸ Food and Beverages, 90 events
▸ Building and Construction, 87 events
▸ Business Services, 76 events
IT and Technology runs almost double the events of Building and Construction. Sell into IT and technology, and you have twice as many shows to track for the same-size industry.
Check the industry-by-industry breakdown for live counts as new shows join. Bookmark it if your team tracks one vertical rather than the whole dataset.
Which Countries Have the Most Listed Exhibitors
▸ United States, 534 listed shows
▸ Germany, 209 listed shows
▸ United Kingdom, 148 listed shows
▸ France, 67 listed shows
Vietnam runs 7 shows on the Index. That is a fraction of the US total, but if those 7 shows sit in your industry, they are a tighter target than filtering through hundreds of unrelated shows in a bigger market.
Check the country-by-country breakdown for exhibitor density next to show frequency before you commit budget to a new region.
Exhibitor Data vs. Attendee Data
| Comparison Point | Exhibitor Data | Attendee Data |
|---|---|---|
| Shows you | Who paid to have a presence at a show | Who registered to attend |
| Confirms | A company’s real footprint or market presence | Who from a target account will be on-site |
| Used for | Checking a vendor’s or competitor’s actual show history | Building a contact list to book meetings before the show opens |
Teams running account-based outreach usually pull both, since knowing who’s exhibiting and who’s attending the same show tells you more about an account than either list alone. See our attendee data alongside the exhibitor dataset.
How to Get the Data?
▸ A one-off list for a single show or region: buy a fixed batch. 200 records run $0.10 each; 750 records drop to $0.09 each. See current pricing for larger volumes.
▸ Ongoing filtering by industry, country, or event: use the Smart List Builder. It builds a custom export without locking you into a fixed package size.
▸ Data refreshed on a schedule into a CRM or BI tool: use the API. It pulls updated records automatically instead of a static download.
Records arrive in Excel, CSV, or PDF, with verified company and contact details attached. Datasets already on the dashboard download instantly; anything else takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver.
How Sales and Marketing Teams Actually Use This?
Four patterns cover most of it:
Reach companies before an event, build campaigns around named accounts tied to a show, or restart a stalled conversation when a prospect returns to the floor.
Identify potential competitors within your target industry that are currently absent from your company’s account listing. Identify where you can locate concentrations of a specific industry type by geographic location, or explore which adjacent industries to yours have been using a similar product.
Track the trade show(s) that a competitor continues to visit, as well as whether their overall exhibit space has increased or decreased from one year to another. Test how deep into a market there is demand prior to entering a new market. Locate “look-alike” customer accounts (by characteristics of your most successful customers).
Locate additional distributors and/or integrators that will expand your reach, provide alternative suppliers for your products/services, and/or align your product launch with the proper target audience.

Frequently Asked Questions
How frequently are updates made to the Index?
The Index is updated weekly. All event entry and exhibitor count information will be refreshed with each new show confirming its list.
Do I need to purchase your product when I can get the same information from the organizer of the event using their exhibitor list?
Many organisers include sponsors and/or media partners as exhibitors in their official exhibitor list. This overstates the actual number of vendors on the floor. The check we perform removes those individuals/exhibits, therefore creating a vendor count that reflects only those that have booths at the event.
Is there a way to purchase only a specific country or industry instead of purchasing the entire Index?
Yes. Use our Smart List Builder to narrow down your search criteria, or purchase a pre-set bundle of contacts limited to either a single country or industry.
If a contact e-mail address “bounces”, what happens?
If an e-mail address “hard bounces” (i.e., is no longer valid or was blocked by the recipient’s mail server), you may request a credit towards future purchases (up to 100% refund) prior to the expiration date. We do not allow refunds for “soft bounces”, where a contact has simply changed jobs/roles within the last 3-months.
Is this data compliant with data protection law?
Yes, across ten frameworks: GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California, PIPEDA and CASL in Canada, LGPD in Brazil, POPI in South Africa, PIPL in China, PIPA in Japan, Australia’s Privacy Act, and UAE data protection law. The data compliance page breaks down what each one covers.
Can I see a sample before I buy?
Yes, a free sample is available on request.
What if the show I need isn’t in the Index yet?
Submit it through the add-event form. Our research team reviews new submissions on a rolling basis.
Is the data behind the Index the same as the data sold on the site?
Yes. The Smart List Builder, fixed batches, and the API all pull from the same underlying dataset.
Does the Index include attendee counts too?
Exhibitor and attendee figures live in separate datasets. Pull attendee data separately if you need both.
